2022/2023 1st Semester Lectures, Revision and Examination
The 2022/2023 1st Semester Examination which was supposed to commence on Tuesday, 20th June, 2023 has been postponed to Monday, 10th July, 2023
The postponement is to give more time for lectures, revision, tests and assignments for first year students and degree students who went on Teaching Practice.
Lecturers are therefore enjoined to:
1..mop up lectures, tests, assignments and revision for all students between Monday , 26th June and Friday, 7th July, 2023
2. conduct each test within the official lecture period
3.notify students about proposed tests and assignments at least 48hours before the tests or assignments.
4. give each student the opportunity of doing tests and assignments that cover 40percent for
NCE students and 30percent for degree students.
5. give mop up tests and assignments to all students who missed the earlier assignments and tests.
6..compile Continuous Assessment results for submission to Exam Unit before administration of examination on each course.
I also wish to appeal to lecturers to complete the marking of scripts and compilation of examination results on each course and submission to HODs within three weeks from the date of the exam to facilitate the submission of results to Exam Unit within four weeks from the last date of the examination.
