PORTAL GUIDELINES FOR NCE STUDENTS (NEW/EXISTING STUDENTS)

PORTAL ACCOUNT VERIFICATION;

  • Click on the link Portal (https://portal.fceehamufu.edu.ng/) on the website home page.
  • Then click on Sign up to generate portal login details.
  • Select “Student type” Undergraduate – NCE.
  • Select “Status”, New student if form number starts with “FCEE/2020/…” and Existing student if form number starts with “FCEE/2019/…”, or use your school registration number”.
  • Provide your Personal email address, confirm the email address provided and ensure it is active, and then submit.
  • Your login details are sent to the email as well as the link to activate your account, so kindly check your email.

PROFILE DETAILS

  • Kindly change your password to your desired format when you login.
  • Click on profile details.
  • Enter the required information on the field.
  • Click on submit button to complete your profile details.
  • Print the profile information slip.

ALL FEES

  • Click on “Generate invoice”
  • Select “Purpose”
  • Select School Fees For NCE (Category A/B) or without hostel”, depending on the purpose you wish to pay for
  • select “level” (NCE I, II or III), as well as “session”
  • For Acceptance; select “NCE Acceptance” and submit.
  • To confirm payment/Access receipt, select “Confirmation/Receipt”
  • Choose what you paid for, fill in payment details, level, session, and get a receipt
  • Select Payment History to view all payment history on the portal.

COURSES REGISTRATION.

  • Select “Session” and submit
  • Select correct courses and register
