guide Lines

Welcome to the STUDENT DATABASE-B data online collection. Below is a guide for  passport photo upload process! To ensure a successful submission, please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Photo Size: Please ensure that the passport photo you upload is less than 1 MB in size. Larger files may not be accepted by the system.

  2. Facial Clarity: Make sure that your face is clearly visible and sharply focused in the photo. Avoid any blurriness or distortions that may affect the identification.

  3. Ear Visibility: Both ears should be fully visible in the passport photo. Ensure that there are no obstructions, such as hair or accessories, covering your ears.

  4. Proper Framing: The photo should be framed in a way that captures your entire face, from the top of your head to just below the breast region of your body. Make sure not to crop any essential facial features.

  5. Lighting and Background: Use a well-lit area to take the photo. Avoid harsh shadows or strong lighting that could obscure your facial features. The background should be plain, preferably light-colored, to ensure contrast with your face.

  6. Natural Expression: Maintain a natural facial expression with a neutral mouth and open eyes. Avoid exaggerated expressions or closed eyes.

  7. No Accessories: Remove any headwear or accessories that may obscure your face or ears. Religious headwear that is part of your daily attire is an exception, as long as it does not cover your face.

  8. Photo Format: We accept common photo formats like JPEG and PNG. Please ensure that the image quality remains high after compression.

Once you have a passport photo that meets these guidelines, you can proceed with the upload. If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
